How we engage
We work as monthly partners, because the real scope becomes clearer once we're inside your business. Sometimes that means a 3-month sprint to sharpen your positioning. Sometimes it means telling you that what you wanted to change is fine, and that the problem is somewhere else.
Typical engagements: 3-6 months for focused transformations, 6-12 months for major repositioning + execution, 12+ months for ongoing strategic support.
